1. Can I own more than one word?
   a: Sure. You can own as many as you want. You have to buy each word seperately, though.
   
   
2. What if I don't see a word I want?
   a: You can suggest a word you don't see by going here. (If we accept your word, it will appear on the page with your hyperlink. If we reject your word, your placement fee will be returned.)
   
   
3. When will my word be active?
   a: If you choose one of the current words, as soon as your payment is confirmed, you word will be active along with all of your personal customizing. Just refresh your browser to see it. If you suggest a word, once your payment is confirmed and we approve your word, it will be live.
   
   
4. How can I find my word on the page?
   a: Hit "ctrl-F" ("command-F" on Mac) and enter the word at the prompt.
   
   
5. How long will I own my word?
   a: Your word will remain live for two years. You will be notified ahead of time so you get the first opportunity to renew your word.
   
   
6. Why should I advertise on 300 Pet Things?
   a: There are many, many reasons, but some of the more beneficial ones to you are:
   
        >We will promote the site in many different ways. We will use at least 10% of all proceeds from the site to buy advertising for it, which will include Google, GoClick, other pay per click advertisers, advertising on pet related sites and newsletters that would not be in direct competition with you, and many others. We will also put out periodic press releases and run classified ads. 300 Pet Things is linked to our home site www.josephcoaler.com, which gets 400 - 500 unique visitors daily.
   
        >You can own a basic word for $50.00. That's pretty good for a two year ad!
   
        >Visitors coming to 300 Pet Things will be there specifically looking for pet related products, services and communities. If they find what they want (and they probably will), they'll be sure to tell their pet loving friends. It's an online swap meet and your word will be your virtual booth!
   
        >300 Pet Things will be donating at least five percent of the net proceeds from the site to pet related charities, such as ASPC, American Humane Society and others at our discretion.
   
        >There are tens of thousands of online pet related stores and services. We will only accept 300 of those. Once a customer comes to our site, they'll probably find what they need and won't search elsewhere. You'll definitely want to get at least one of the words, and even if your top choice is gone, any word on this page will be a good one.
   
   
7. What if I don't like the position of my word on the site?
   a: Every time the page is loaded, the position of the words is randomly generated making prime positioning equal for all.
   
   
8. Can I change my URL?
   a: You can change it as often as once every three months. To do this, contact us .
   
   
9. Can I use my American Express card to get my words?
   a: Yes. You can use Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and PayPal. All transactions go through PayPal, but you no longer need a PayPal account to use your credit cards.
   
   
10. Will you be adding more Pet Things after the 300 words are gone?
    a: Nope. That's it. If a word is suggested and approved, we'll remove another word to make room for it.
    
    
11. Are there any sites that aren't allowed?
    a: Yes. We want to keep this a clean, family oriented site, so there will be NO adult/pornographic, gambling, tobacco, alcohol, warez or hate speech sites allowed. If you link a word to one of these sites, at our discretion, we will remove your link with no refund of your placement fee.
